Sneak Peek: New Venue Opening Soon at Iowa’s Diamond Jo Casino

Diamond Jo Casino, located just south of the Minnesota-Iowa border along I-35, is known for its impressive gaming floor, featuring around 800 slot machines, 27 table games, and a Sportsbook. Now, the casino is expanding its options with the launch of a new dining and entertainment venue.

The new venue will feature classic bites and signature cocktails overlooking the casino floor. The public is invited to the grand opening celebration featuring food, drinks, and prizes.

Iowa's Diamond Jo Casino Launches New Venue

Mixx Bar & Lounge was designed to be the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment. The new space will feature 12 high-top tables, 20 bar counter seats, nearly 30 feet of high-definition TV screens, and ambient lighting. Check out the menu below.

The menu includes a range of classic favorites like chicken wings and the popular Heggie’s Pizza, paired with signature cocktails such as the Royal Flush (Crown Royal Whiskey, peach schnapps, cranberry juice), Mixx Lemonade (Tennessee whiskey), and the Blue Water Margarita (Patron Silver).

The Grand Opening celebration on September 6 will take place from 4 to 6 p.m., featuring signature drinks, celebratory cake, and 50 percent off all Coors products.

Guests can also participate in the "Mixx it Up" drawings, where prizes like a Coors dart board and portable grill will be up for grabs. Additional drawings will be held later in the month to celebrate the start of football season.
