Stewartville Man Sentenced For Child Porn

A Stewartville man has been sentenced to 30 days in jail and five years on probation for a child pornography conviction. 20-year-old Nicholas Nelson earlier pleaded guilty to a possession of child pornography charge through a plea agreement that led to the dismissal of charges several other charges, including disseminating child pornography and online solicitation of a minor. He was charged in all September 2012 after sexually explicit images of underage girls were found on his computer.
