The alleged fleeing incident began shortly after 11:30 Friday night.

The spree involved threatening a woman with a firearm, threatening to run her over with a stolen pick-up then attempting to flee law enforcement in the stolen vehicle.

He was one of seven people charged in the case in the Spring of 2024.

First responders was called to the scene shortly before 10:30 Monday night.

Members of the Southeast Minnesota Violent Crimes Enforcement Team and the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office executed the search warrant.

The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of gunfire around 11:00 Friday night.

The State Patrol was called to the crash scene shortly before 5:45 p.m. Tuesday.
