This Giant Outdoor Minnesota Food Festival is One You Cannot Miss

If there’s one type of festival Minnesotans excel at above all others, it’s the Food Festival.

However, there's one festival in particular you may not be aware of...

The Uptown Food Truck Festival is Minnesota’s largest food truck event, and it's just over an hour away from Rochester.

The 2017 Uptown Food Truck Festival, located on Lake Street & Hennepin Avenue, will be on June 25 this year. You’ll be able to sample food truck delicacies all day long between 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Food trucks have become quite popular around here in Rochester over the years and I haven't been disappointed with any of them yet (see some Yelp reviews of several in town below), so visiting a food truck event this size definitely intrigues me.

In fact this year, more than 60 vendors are scheduled to appear to serve up all that food and drink to the crowd!

Plus, between all the games, giveaways and even live entertainment going on all around you, you definitely won't mind waiting around and standing in line while you anxiously await your next bite.
