Three People Injured in Goodhue County Crash
Red Wing, MN (KROC-AM News) - Three people were injured in a crash in Goodhue County Wednesday afternoon.
The Minnesota State Patrol reports an F-450 was traveling north on Highway 61 in Red Wing when it collided with a Chevy Silverado traveling south on the highway near mile marker 95 just after 1:00 p.m.
A passenger in the pickup was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital in Red Wing. He was identified as 77-year-old Richard Kirchner of Bloomington. The driver of the truck was identified as 70-year-old Roberta Kirchner also of Bloomington. She suffered minor injuries and was not transported to a health care facility.
The driver of the F-450 was identified as 74-year-old Maurice Zaffke of Red Wing. He also suffered minor injuries and was not transported to a health care facility.
