Seriously though, I'm drooling just looking at some of these new menu items. You had me at sushi burrito and sealed the deal with wine and kid's meals.

According to the Target Center website, "their new menu features several prominent local restaurant partners, as well as chef-inspired and locally sourced upgrades to traditional arena fare."

Some of the new menu items include Loon Chili, various yogurt options from Yogurt Lab, a Smoothie Bar, plus the opening of Cargo Food Authority in the restaurant space on North 1st Ave. Returning from last season, sushi burritos from SotaRol, Lord Fletcher's Walleye Sandwich, and Mac Time Mac and Cheese (including new options like The Mac Daddy topped with sliced hot dogs and Smokehouse BBQ Mac topped with smoked brisket - OMG).

And parents, great news. They will now offer healthy kid's meals for just $5 in the Kid's Zone. The meal includes an option of a grilled cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread or a strawberry or grape uncrustable sandwich on wheat bread. Served with fresh seasonal fruit, a bottle of Dasani water and a Timberwolves-themed toy.

But wait, there's more. As for drinks, local products from City Girl Coffee and Limited Edition Timberwolves-branded Chankaska Wines are now available.

The Timberwolves home opener is this Friday (Oct 19th).
