A recent Pioneer Press article says the company may be eying a location in Woodbury.

“Based on the designs that have been submitted, Woodbury officials are confident that the proposed tenant is a “national golf brand,” said Eric Searles, Woodbury’s assistant community development director/city planner, but he could not confirm on Friday whether it was Topgolf, a popular driving range and entertainment venue.”

Meanwhile, Axios talked to a source “who was not authorized to discuss the matter” but confirmed that it is indeed Topgolf.

The Axios report says, the site near the Interstate 94 and Interstate 494 interchange ”is nearly the same size as Topgolf's first Twin Cities venue in Brooklyn Center, which was built on 13.5 acres.”
