Uni Uni in Rochester Launches Their Own Food Truck

Turns out, Uni Uni has been keeping a secret, and that secret was a food truck! Ok, technically a trailer, but you know.

Yes, Uni Uni is now able to bop around Rochester with their food truck and be able to serve customers all over town. This is such exciting news for them after the roller coaster they've had to deal with, with all of the construction outside of their building.

They also teased that even more exciting things are coming soon!

Uni Uni Bubble Tea Reveals New Food Truck

Uni Uni says in their announcement on social media that "A full wrap wasn’t in the budget, and we didn’t have time to finish an official logo. But she’s here!"

They took the food truck (or trailer) out on the road last week to Gibbs Elementary School's back-to-school party. They also had appearances outside of St. Mary's, at a Youth Leadership Summit at Chateau Alley, and at Dogs Downtown.

As of right now, they're able to make smoothies, bubble waffles, and croffles out of the food truck, but they hope to expand the menu at some point. They may even end up doing some lunch options.

The best place to stay updated on where the Uni Uni trailer will be next would be on their social media.

Also, they mentioned in their post that they have "a couple more things to share in October". What?! I'm so excited to see what that's about!
