WATCH: MTV Top 20 Video Countdown From 1996!

Sublime? Celine Dion? Marilyn Manson... all in the SAME countdown?!  You've GOT to see this to believe it.

Before we get to the video, I'd just like to remind you that 1996 was 20 years ago...

I know, I know - Let's all take a deep breath after that one because it just doesn't seem possible.  Neither does the thought of MTV actually playing music videos anymore... but I digress...

Check out this grainy video that managed to squeeze all these different genres into one magnificent video countdown.  I was a freshman in high school when most of these hits were on the radio, so it's tough to recall a few of these.  Still though, it's kind of fun to look back and see this list of songs all put together!
