Winter Weather Advisory Issued For Rochester & Southeast Minnesota

When does Rochester typically receive it's first measurable snowfall? November 5th. What is today? November 5th.  And, it looks like Mother Nature will show up right on time.

Are you ready to shovel some snow? Are you ready to deal with people that have lived here their entire lives but somehow forget how to drive in winter weather every year? Be careful, Wednesday morning's commute will be sloppy in the Rochester area as snow is expected to cover the roads.

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for our area and is in effect from 6 :00 PM Tuesday evening through 6:00 AM Wednesday morning. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are possible. You should plan to allow yourself extra time tomorrow morning to reach your destination safely. Roads will be slick.
