Wisconsin Woman’s Halloween Display, Inspired By Taylor Swift, Goes Viral
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have been getting a ton of media attention over the last few weeks, and Taylor has dominated the headlines for over a year now, so I was kind of surprised to learn that the duo didn't make it into the top 5 choices for pop-culture costumes for this Halloween.
Barbie might be the top costume of 2023, but there will definitely be a ton of Swifties dressing up as the singer. One devoted fan has even gone the extra mile by dedicating her Halloween decorations to Swift.

To say Katelyn McLaughlin is a superfan of Taylor Swift might be a little bit of an understatement. I mean, she's ready to send the pop star to the White House.

Katelyn is also a big fan of Halloween, and her inspiration for her Halloween display this year came after she attended a Taylor Swift concert in June.
She cleverly named the display the "sc-Eras" tour. It's made up of hundreds of lights, three ghosts, and ten skeletons - Each skeleton is dressed as a different "era" of the singer’s career. Her TikTok video has been viewed more than half a million times.
McLaughlin said the Halloween display was a family effort. She told WKOW news, "My husband built all of the frames and me and my kids painted them one day. In September, I started to collect some of the outfits. I was going around to the thrift shops and looking online, and I was looking at my own closet."
