Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A second Rochester man has entered into a plea agreement in connection with a child pornography investigation that recently resulted in charges against seven Rochester men.

27-year-old Dennis Ouk pleaded guilty Tuesday to four counts of possession of child pornography. He was originally charged with 10 counts of possession and two counts of disseminating child pornography. Ouk is scheduled to be sentenced June 25th.

Another Rochester man, 29-year-old Evan Erickson, earlier pleaded guilty to five child pornography possession charges and is scheduled to be sentenced next month.

The cases against four of the other defendants are pending in Olmsted County Court, while one of the men is facing federal charges. 58-year-old Mark McGinley is tentatively scheduled to stand trial in Minneapolis this summer.
