It was an epic battle, but not quite like what ended up on film in The Return of the Jedi.

Florida police are reporting that a guy in a Darth Vader costume walked into a convenience store last weekend with a silver handgun blaster and attempted to rob the place. The clerk, untrained in the ways of the Jedi, struggled in hand-to-hand combat with the Sith Lord impostor, ultimately pelting him with a jar of blue cheese salad dressing. Witnesses did get to see the man's face before he fled and he was later arrested and charged him with robbery and possession of a handgun blaster by a felon Sith Lord. No word on whether he fled in a Tie Fighter. No word on any 'droid or stormtrooper accomplices.
