I've run a million 5 and 10ks, I've run half and full marathons, I've done the Warrior Dash several times, but up until this weekend I had never done the Tough Mudder.  The Tough Mudder is an 11 mile obstacle course designed by former members of the British Special Forces.

We ran, we climbed up-over-around-and-through various mud pits, we survived the arctic enema, we scaled towering walls, we walked a 30 foot plank, we got a little electroshock therapy, and we had a blast!

Andy, Ben, Melissa, and Troy.

If you ran this year- what was your favorite obstacle?  I really thought the entire course was awesome.

A portion of the proceeds from the event went to the Wounded Warrior Project.  It's a great organization. Check out their website and throw them a few bucks if you can!
