Guy Gets 9th DUI, Guess What’s On His Shirt?

I can't tell if this is tragically hilarious or just tragic...

This is Luciano Gutierrez. He's 66 years old, and you'd think by now he'd have learned enough by occupying this planet for more than six decades that he wouldn't risk driving around after getting all hammered. He hasn't, and unfortunately, even his wardrobe lets those around him know he's a frickin' moron.

This is his booking photo after he was caught committing his NINTH DUI in Bell County, Texas, last Thursday.

For some reason, he's still had the freedom to drive around and get eight other DUIs before this one, until now. This felony could land him behind bars for at least 10 years.
