Drinking bottled water will not necessarily ensure that you're not exposing yourself to fluoride, health experts say.

You can usually tell if your bottled water contains fluoride just by looking at the label.

The word to look for on the bottle is, purified.  Only purified water has removed all the fluoride and 99.99% of all other contaminants in the water.

Be careful of the word, filtered!  Filtered water alone can not remove fluoride.  You can get your own Reverse Osmosis system and bottle your own water and at a fraction of the cost.

I'm not picky when it comes to water.  I find it funny when friends offer me a bottled water at their house and I'll respond with "No, straight from the tap is fine".  The looks are priceless.

In any case, the following is a list of bottled water brands to avoid, according to AWM:

Alhambra, Sierra Springs, Sparkletts, Arrowhead, Mount Olympus, Belmont Springs, Poland Spring, Crystal Rock, Crystal Springs, Shenandoah, Deer Park, Diamond Springs, Nursery Water, Hindley Spri, Ice Mountain, Kandiyohi, Puritan Springs, Kentwood Springs, Mayer Bros., Ozarka, Pure Flo, and Zephyrhills.
