How Many Times A Day Do You Check Your Phone?

Yesterday we talked about an app called Checky.  This free app tracks how many times a day you check your phone.  I was curious so I downloaded the app.   In 24 hours I checked my phone... 121 times!   That's a lot right?  Did you know the average person checks their phone 150 times per day?

A few of our listeners emailed me their results.

Abby from Byron said she checked her phone 162 times yesterday.

Mark in Spring Valley only looked at his phone 37 times.

And our grand champion is Steph in Rochester who reported a total of 413 phone checks in the last 24hrs.   Assuming Steph slept 8hrs last night - Her average was just over 25 phone checks PER HOUR!
