A huge party is going on right now at Target Field.

The Opening Day festivities started at 6 a.m. and include: A FREE breakfast being served to fans until 9 a.m., a DJ playing music from noon to 2:15 p.m., and Twins legends officially opening the ballpark and greeting fans at 1 p.m.

The first 30,000 people through the gates will receive a blue Twins long sleeve hooded t-shirt. Dessa will perform the national anthem and the Minnesota Air National Guard will conduct a special flyover right before first pitch.

At this time, tickets are still available at the box office.

Last week, the Twins announced new the new concession items they'll be serving at the ballpark this year. Check out the new menu items, here.

Earlier this year the team introduced the “Spring Ballpark Pass,” which gives you a ticket to every home game in April and May for only $99!

The Twins are playing Kansas City, with first pitch scheduled for 3:10 p.m. Hear the game on our sister-station 1340 KROC-AM.
