SCARY VIDEO: Stop Texting and Driving!

This video could be a serious wake-up call for a lot of people who text and drive...

We all know someone or have been that person that has texted while driving.  I, too, have been guilty of this on many occasions but have gotten way better at putting my phone in my pocket and leaving it there until I get to my destination.

Those that do text and drive on the regular convince themselves that they are good at it and nothing could never happen to them.

Yet, over and over again we keep hearing horror stories of people losing their lives simply because they were quickly trying to send a text to a friend, colleague or even a family member.

In case you're sitting there wondering how they could show such graphic images just to hammer home a point - Don't worry, the video is FAKE.

The Rigby High School created the idea behind it to bring awareness to drivers that text and drive.

BUT: the Fire Fighters, EMT's, Paramedics and the Cops were all real as were their procedures!  They all volunteered their time to help the students show the world the dangers of texting and driving.
