It’s Almost Like He HAD To Do It

The world's full of people with goofy names, like Dick Army and Engelbert Humperdinck.  And while I'm sure Dick never actually dreamed of forming an army of...well...you know, and we can't verify Mr. Humperdinck's actions, apparently, some people take their names a little TOO literally.

On Tuesday, a 62-year-old guy in Ottawa was arrested for flashing people in a park.  His name......

Donald Popadick.

It's not his first time being caught in the act, either.  Several people have reported being flashed at the same park in the past few weeks.  He's been charged with an indecent act in public and was arraigned on Wednesday.
