Is Jason Aldean Really Coming to Austin? The Truth Behind the Viral Event Ad
Jason Aldean has released over a dozen albums and has had dozens of chart-topping singles since his 2005 debut. Aldean earned the ACM Dick Clark Artist of the Decade Award for his consistent chart performance.
The country musician has performed in front of packed arenas for the last two decades and back in February announced a 22-city tour. And now, there's an event advertisement circulating on social media, claiming that the "Big Green Tractor" singer is set to perform in Austin, Minnesota on May 1st.

Is Jason Aldean Coming To Austin, Minnesota?
Jason Aldean’s official website does confirm a major performance in our region this summer. Aldean is scheduled to headline Hoofbeat Country Fest in Cadott, Wisconsin, on Saturday, June 27.
Tickets for that concert, along with the rest of his "Songs About Us Tour," are currently available for purchase through his official site.
Sadly for fans, the country music superstar will not be coming to southeast Minnesota, and Mower County officials have released a statement to explain why.
Mower County Officials Explain Why Jason Aldean Isn't Performing in Austin
The Mower County Fair posted a "public service announcement" to its Facebook page explaining the confusion.
There is an event ad out there for a Jason Aldean that says Austin County Fair but shows the Mower County Fairgrounds address. This concert is not happening at the Mower County Fairgrounds. It is scheduled to be held at the Austin County Fairgrounds in Belleville, Texas. As always, research and verify ticket sellers before making a purchase for any event.
It's not clear if this was a mistake by the concert promoter or if this is the work of a scammer, but one thing is certain: Jason Aldean is not performing in Austin, Minnesota.
