MN-5th Most Polite Drivers?

Maybe it's just this town specifically, but I think Rochester's got a pretty jerk-worthy population to vote for!  

Minnesota as a whole took #47 out of 51(including D.C., for "rudest drivers."  To the surprise of no one, five of the top ten nicest drivers were Midwest states.  So who came first and rudest?  Idaho.  Yeah, I wouldn't have guessed that, either, but once you hear why it'll be obvious; they drive waaaaay too slow.  A comment was made by a member of the survey saying Idahoans are "just fine taking their time, driving 5 to 10 miles an hour under the limit.”  Yeah, that'd make me lose my shiz and flip out with the horn blaring and a tirade of "$%^ @#(* you #@*& jerk!" flying outta my mouth while passing them.

I wasn't surprised that Washington DC got the #2 spot, but I was shocked to see that Illinois was alllllll the way down at #25???  Have you ever driven in Chicago? They're the EPITOME of jerky drivers!

One other thing about Gopher State drivers: We hate drivers from New Hampshire the most.  Wait, what?  New Hampshire? Oh, and Wisconsin hates us.  Whatever Wisconsin, who asked you anyway? Insure.com did?
