There's a new way to get spooked for Halloween 2016!

Earlier this summer, Pokémon Go exploded in popularity due to users ability to hunt and catch Pokémon in their surroundings using only their phones.

Well since we live in a copy-cat world, this next augmented reality game has its players encountering creatures - but this time around, they're hunting you.

Night Terrors is a smartphone horror game that uses augmented reality that can turn houses into a haunted house.  The game imprints monsters, ghouls n' ghosts throughout your surroundings all to scare and haunt you as you play along.

The only catch is that you must be in complete darkness to work... Yikes!

See for yourself in the trailers below if you're ready to play such a game:

If everything goes according to plan, Night Terrors will launch on Halloween, and will cost $5.99 on iTunes and the Android Store.  You can pre-order it here.
