Peeing in Below Freezing Minnesota Weather To Create Snow.

We all know the trick where you take boiling water and throw it into subzero air to create snow.   In the video below (NSFW language) two guys from Northern Minnesota take it to a new level.

I'm going to call BS on this.  I've always heard the water needs to be boiling or near boiling in order for this trick to work. Water boils at 212°.  Pee exits the body at the body's temp. Usually around 98°.   So either the dude has a serious fever or he's full of it.   Am I right or am I missing something??
