RECALL ALERT – Trader Joe’s Recalls Applesauce Products That May Contain Glass

If you've recently bought any applesauce at Trader Joe’s in Rochester, you’ll want to look into this immediately!

Manzana Products Co. – Who makes the Trader Joe’s-brand applesauce –  issued a voluntary recall of three kinds of applesauce after customers reported finding pieces of glass in it, including First Crush Unsweetened Gravenstein Apple Sauce and Trader Joe's Organic Unsweetened Apple Sauce.

The third kind, Trader Joe's All Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce wasn't sent to Minnesota.

The recalled products were packaged in 24-ounce glass jars and including the following information:

Thankfully there are no reports of injuries as all potentially affected products have been removed from store shelves and destroyed.

If you’ve purchased any of the products listed above, Trader Joe’s asks that you don’t eat it and you return the product for a full refund.
