Rochester Area Boy Threatens Mom, Sister With Knife
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A rural Olmsted County boy was taken into custody last week after threatening his mother and 13 year old sister with a knife.
Sheriff Department Captain Scott Behrns says the incident happened around 9:45 Friday morning at the family’s home in the 2900 block of 130th Street NE, several miles north of Rochester, just off Highway 63.
The 12 year old boy was found hiding outside the home when deputies arrived. He was taken to the local juvenile detention center and could face charges.
