Rochester’s Muddy Warrior Run is this Weekend

Rochester's muddiest 5K is coming up this weekend and promises to be a great time for you and your friends!

The Muddy Warrior Run is a 5k with 15 different obstacles along the way. (Check out the course map below.) Each obstacle is designed to test your inner warrior! I've run several of these types of courses and can tell you that they are a blast! At the end of the race you'll be wearing a lot of mud and a huge smile! Check out highlights from last year's run:

Each participant gets a finisher medal, a t-shirt and access to a post run party which includes entertainment and beer.
