Two Rochester men ended up at St. Mary’s early this morning after the car they were in  crashed into a tree.

Officers were called to the 3900 block of Willow Ridge Drive southwest around 12:45 and found the two on the ground outside the wrecked vehicle.  About the same time, police received a call from the owner of the car to report it had been stolen.

A spokesman says the men had been at a party earlier in the night and took the car without the owner’s permission.  The owner is the girlfriend of one of the men.

The man who is suspected of driving the car is now facing possible DUI and other charges.  He and the other man were reported in good condition this morning.
