Teen Admits to Rochester Vehicle Torchings

A Rochester teenager has confessed to setting two vehicle fires in his North Park neighborhood  last week.

Police Captain John Sherwin says the 15 year old admitted to the arson cases yesterday.

 He was spotted near the scene of one of the fires but was not initially brought in for questioning.  That was the fire late Friday night that destroyed a 2013 model pickup truck.

 The other fire was reported November 3rd and wiped out a car.
