Kindness.  Pass it on!

We need more people like this in the world.

Since yesterday morning, this post has been shared over 43 thousand times:

The note reads:

"Hey, I'm the kid that mowed your lawn.  My name is Brett ____.  I'm 17 years old and I'm the mower for ____ next door to your house.  If it's OK with you, I would like to mow your lawn for you because your job is hard enough and I think people like you should know that people are behind you guys.  Take the extra hour that it takes to mow and spend the time doing what you love.  Thanks, Brett".

As we're all well aware: The world is in a real funk right now.

After the recent events in Orlando, Baton Rouge, Dallas and even right here in Minnesota - things are looking pretty bleak for America at the moment.

That's why it's really refreshing to see this young man go out of his way to show there's still good people in this world.  Also, props to Brett's Mom and Dad for raising such a respectful, and kind young man!

We always hear about "copy cat" crimes, but I've never heard any news about "copy cat" acts of kindness... Maybe this story will spark a new trend?
