In case you missed it, Samm Adams blogged about how there’s a new study saying that “assembling a piece of furniture from IKEA is the ultimate relationship test".

Well... that's all nice and depressing, but I'm gonna go a step in a different direction and point out that there's an actual VIDEO GAME out there that you can play that simulates all the frustration you know and hate of building furniture from IKEA!

It's called Höme Improvisåtion and it basically places an endless supply of flat boxes in front of you with the goal of putting together pieces of furniture for your virtual home.

Höme Improvisåtion can be played by up to 4 people at once so your friends and family can yell at you for screwing up the virtual furniture like they do every time you screw up the real stuff.  Check it out yourself below...

The game is free on both Mac and Windows PCs.  You can download the game from the website also, at The Stork Burnt Down.

I feel as though if I played this game for even a few minutes, I'd just get frustrated and give up, never to build another piece of furniture... Just like in real life.
