Video of Brutal Hospital Attack Released
A surveillance video released by the Police Department in Maplewood shows
a hospital patient assaulting several nurses before he fled. The incident took place early Sunday at St John's Hospital in the Twin Cities suburb.
The video shows Charles Logan attacking the nurses with a metal bar he took from a bed.
He was later located by police a few blocks away and died while officers were attempting to subdue him. Police say Logan had been suffering episodes of confusion before the incident.
