Watch this street vendor make instant handmade fried ice cream rolls in a very special and unique way at Ko Phi Phi Island (Krabi/Thailand). Think Cold Stone, but WAY cooler!

The mix looks to include vanilla ice cream, cookies, brownie, and topped with chocolate sauce!!  It looks both fun and delicious to eat.

Let's hope this makes it's way to the States sooner than later!
