Weather Impacts Thursdays on First & 3rd Again

The National Weather Service is warning of the threat of heavy rain and strong (perhaps severe) storms Thursday afternoon into Thursday night.

That forecast prompted organizers of the popular Thursdays on First & 3rd event to alter their plans. They issued the statement below on Wednesday afternoon.

"Due to the unpredictability of the weather, tomorrow's Thursdays on First & 3rd will be delayed. As a result, there will be no lunchtime entertainment or lunch service. We will be consulting with the National Weather Service tomorrow morning and provide a cancelation decision by 11 am. This week's festival was to include a "Beach Luau."
