It's that time of year again. Yep, Rochester WinterFest officially kicks off.

Last week, we shared with you the mayor's official 2015 Rochester WinterFest proclamation, as well as a semi-familiar song from Olmsted County Sheriff Kevin Torgerson about all the events taking place over the next 18 days.
