5 Rochester Restaurants Offering Free Meals to Vets Today
On November 11 we honor those who have served and continue to serve, our country. Several restaurants in Rochester are offering free meals, reduced cost on meals or other food perks to them to our military heroes today on Veteran's Day.
Before heading down to your favorite place to claim your deal, it is probably best to contact them first to check on exactly what offers they have. Also, remember to bring proof of service, such as a military ID, with you to make sure you receive your deal.
Applebee's
Again this year, both Rochester-area Applebee's restaurants will be offering a free meal to veterans on November 11. Since 2008, Applebee's has served 9.8 million free meals to our neighborhood military heroes.
Denny's
Denny's is inviting all active, inactive and retired military personnel to stop in anytime between 5 a.m. and noon for a free "Build Your Own Grand Slam." Please bring proof of service along with you to receive the deal.
Olive Garden
There is a Veterans Day special menu and veterans can pick out a free entree. Bring ID along to prove your military status.
Texas Roadhouse
All active and retired military members are invited to stop by on Monday, November 11 from 11am-4pm to receive a free meal* at any location nationwide. *Valid at all U.S. locations. Select times only. Early Dine menu only. Must present valid military ID to redeem. One per person.
Hy-Vee
Enjoy a free breakfast for veterans and active military members November 11, 2019 from 6 - 11 A.M. This event is in support of the Hy-Vee Homefront initiative which salutes the service of our nation's veterans with special programs and events, and provides support to organizations that serve our military members, veterans, and their families.
