A Small Rochester Company Makes a Huge Impact
They'll be presenting a hefty check to the Ronald McDonald House this week!
Haley Comfort Systems has been a staple in the heating and cooling biz for nearly 30 years. The small company of about 70 employees worked together to raise a ton of money for the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester.
They had a Fall Open House in September. With bounce houses, lots of food, prizes and discounts on their products, they attracted hundreds of people. For every furnace, air conditioner, fireplace, stove or insert that was sold, $200 was donated. They also sold nearly 100 pair of Ronald McDonald socks.
With the Fall Open House, Haley raised $16,400! Plus with their donation match from their distributors - Auer Steel and Heat n Glo, they raised a grand total of $32,800 for the Ronald McDonald House.They will be presenting the check on Friday, November 3rd at 1pm.
