I Found the Affordable Thanksgiving Meals in Minnesota So You Don’t Have To

The holiday season is an expensive time of year. Lots of families have a hard time making ends meet as it is and then you throw the pressure of the holidays in there it can really make for a stressful time of year.

Thankfully, there are quite a few businesses in Minnesota that are offering very affordable Thanksgiving meal options this year! Plus, most of them come as meal packages so you don't have to fight your way through the grocery store either. Double whammy!

How Much the Average Thanksgiving Meal Costs

The American Farm Beauru Federation comes out with a report every year with how much the average Thanksgiving meal costs for a family of 10. The 2024 numbers aren't out yet for this year but we do have the number for 2021, 2022, and 2023.

In 2021 the average cost for a Thanksgiving meal for 10 people was $53.31. In 2022 it shot up to $64.05. Then in 2023, it came down just a bit to $61.17.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel like grocery prices today aren't too different than they were this time last year so I'd imagine the cost this year will be similar to 2023.
