Five West

Just off of West Circle Dr. near Costco, you'll find Five West. They serve breakfast Monday through Friday 7 - 11 AM and Saturdays and Sundays 7 AM - 1:30 PM.

Grandma's Kitchen

Yet another long-time favorite is Grandma's Kitchen, just off of North Broadway. They're a classic diner experience open 6 AM - 8 PM Monday through Friday, 6 AM - 3 PM on Saturdays, and 6 AM - 2 PM on Sundays.

Hollandberry Pannekoeken

If you've ever been to Hollandberry Pannekoeken you've heard the pannekoeken song. If you've never been, you'll figure it out when you go for the first time. They've been around for over 40 years with their pannekoekens being a staple. They're open Monday through Friday 6:30 AM - 8 PM and Saturday and Sunday 6:30 AM - 4 PM.

Novios Cafe

Near North Broadway on Elton Hills Dr. you'll find Novios Cafe. On top of their breakfast food, they roast their coffee beans in house. Not all coffee shops do that. They're open Monday through Friday 6 AM - 7 PM, Saturday 6 AM - 4 PM, and Sunday 7 AM - 2 PM.

Rooster's

Rooster's has two locations, but the recommendations I got specifically mentions Rooster's Too as the place to go for breakfast (although they both have the same menu). Rooster's serves breakfast Monday through Saturday 7 - 11 AM and Sunday 7 AM - noon.
