A Blooming Prairie woman named Tricia Forsberg has been a Wheel of Fortune fan for years. She told The Steele County Times that her goal every night is to have dinner ready at 6:30 so they can watch the show.

Well, all of that studying has really paid off and she ended up on the show which aired just a couple of weeks ago!

Blooming Prairie, MN Woman on Wheel of Fortune

For years, Tricia tried and tried to get on the show. She finally got an email in March asking her to go to LA to film the show.

So Tricia, her husband, and her sister took a last-minute 48-hour trip to LA for her to be on Wheel of Fortune.

But prior to them leaving, their 11-year-old daughter had said if Tricia won, she wanted a Highland cow. You know, those adorable, fluffy cows. And Tricia agreed. Good thing they live on a hobby farm, so this would be no problem.

Fast forward to the filming of the show, Tricia said that once she solved her first puzzle of the night she started to feel confident. She kept playing her cards right and ended up advancing to the bonus round.

The Bonus Round

Prior to the bonus round, she had already won $11,400 in cash plus a trip to England.

Tricia gets to the bonus round wheel, gives it a spin, and Ryan Seacrest picks up the card with how much money is on the line. No one knows what's in it yet.

She had selected the category 'What Are You Wearing?'. They gave her the letters R, S, T, L, N, and E. After that, the puzzle looked like this:

_ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ S T

Well... if it were me I wouldn't have any idea where to go from here. But Tricia then selected the letters B, C, G, and O. That gave her this:

C O _ B O _
B O O T S

Ok, well clearly we know what it is now! And so did Tricia, she solve the puzzle 'Cowboy Boots' no problem and Ryan revealed how much she won... $100,000!

So in the end, Tricia walked away with $111,400 plus a trip to Europe. No, her daughter isn't getting the Highland cow she wanted, they're getting TWO Highland cows.

Check out Tricia's bonus round below. It starts at about 8:37.
