The temp at 5:00 this morning in Rochester was 28-below zero. When you factor in the wind the "Real Feel" temp came in at 61-below. This is life-threatening weather that should be taken seriously. The National Weather Service says you to avoid being outdoors during this cold.

If you are going to venture out - call ahead. Many businesses, organizations, and churches have closed or altered their hours today.  Don't make unnecessary trips out.
