Chili with a Heart: Chili Fundraiser for Rochester Animal Rescue

Calling all animal and chili lovers! If you love one or both of those things, there's an event this weekend in support of a Rochester, Minnesota animal rescue that you should stop by.

The event features delicious chili and the money raised goes to help pets who are looking for their forever homes! You can't get much better than warm chili on a cool day... until helping animals is involved.

Chili Fundraiser for Camp Companion

This chili fundraiser, which they're calling Paws for Chili, is in support of Camp Companion in Rochester and also Evergreen Cat Sanctuary in Altura.

You can get your fill of chili this Saturday, December 2nd, between 3 and 7 PM. You can find them at the Olmsted County Fairgrounds in the Aune Building. A cup of chili costs just $4 and a bowl costs $6. I'm sure if you wanted to pay more for your chili they would greatly appreciate it!

But wait, there's more!

Not only can you eat some great chili, but there will also be sleigh rides, crafts for the kids, and also a cake walk. So once you're done with your chili you can go win yourself dessert.

Long-Term Residents at Paws and Claws Need a Home
