Northern Minnesota House Hits The Market With Hilarious Photos To Highlight The Home
A lot of factors go into selling a house. So much of it is marketing. Is there an attractive level of "curb appeal"? Does the interior look welcoming? What are some of the standout features? The list goes on and on, as anyone who has ever sold a house knows.
Making the home stand out in photos is often the first step in that process - getting people interested in the idea of lining up a visit or attending an open house.
In the case of one Northern Minnesota home that just hit the market, an already attractive little property gets a little extra pizzazz in the form of some hilarious "easter eggs" tucked away in some of the photos of the property.
The specific home I am speaking of is a house that rests on 10 acres of land near Cloquet, Minnesota. The house, just listed with Darcie Novak of Keller Williams Classic Realty Northwest, is found at 372 Crosby Road in a rural area just north of Cloquet.
This beautiful little house built in 1990 is a quiet place to call home with spacious bedrooms, a two-stall detached garage, a large deck, a large yard, and even raised gardening boxes. It hit the market earlier this month for $349,900.
Taking a look through the photos of the home, another thing stands out in some of the images - a gorilla! Paging through the photos is kind of like a "Where's Waldo" game, looking for where the gorilla might be hiding next. There are some pretty funny ones!
While the listing agent says "you'll go bananas" over some of the property's features, she does note that the gorilla isn't included with the purchase of the property. Haha!
