Losing an hour of sleep makes people grumpy and can be very bad for your health.

Business Insider says hospitals report a 24% spike in heart-attacks the Monday after the Daylight Saving springtime switch. And it's not a coincidence that same report says doctors see the opposite in the fall when heart attack visits drop 21%. And US News published a 2014 study by the University of Colorado that shows "a spike in fatal automobile collisions during the six days following the shift."
