Korean Breakfast Spot Opening in Rochester on Monday

I had no idea until I happened upon a post that this Korean breakfast spot was opening a location in Rochester, MN! They have other locations around the US, including some in the Twin Cities, but I didn't realize that back in May, they announced they're coming here.

Now, we're super close to their opening date.

The place is called EggFlip. Since it's a Korean breakfast spot and I feel like most Korean brands have cute little mascots, EggFlip's mascot is an adorable egg guy.

What Kind of Food is at EggFlip in Rochester, MN

Of course, their signature dishes are their egg sandwiches. They have all different kinds, like an Eggvocado, Spamtastic, and Cool Guy Bacon sandwiches.

They also have bowls, which are basically deconstructed versions of their egg sandwiches, plus burrito versions.

I actually tried some of their food at Ren Fest this year, where they had a booth. I don't remember what I tried, but I remember really liking it! So I'm excited to try out other things on their menu.

EggFlip is set to open their Rochester location on Monday, November 3rd. I know, coming up quick!

The hours I see on their Instagram are 7 AM - 2 PM.
