Friday Night Tykes

The Esquire Network has a new youth football reality show, "Friday Night Tykes" starting next Tuesday night. The show is about an elite independent youth football league in Texas, where the players are eight and nine years old.  And the coaches are VERY tough on the kids. A rep from the NFL watched the trailer and  says it's, quote, "definitely troubling to watch."  The trailer below shows coaches yelling at their eight- and nine-year-old players and encouraging violence.  Comment below and let me know what you think.  Are you okay with kids this young being coached like this or being encouraged to hurt other kids?  Would you allow your kids to play for someone like this?
