Today is my birthday.  I am not telling my age but I will say that a lot of what I wore in middle school and high school is unfortunately for sale again and "cool" at Target.  I'm still not sure why people are wearing these clothes again but I can tell you one thing, I've been there and done that and I'm not doing it again.  Regardless of how old I am and how old you are, birthdays are a big day.  It is when we joined this world and cried for the first time.  Not only do your friends and family want to celebrate your milestone but there are a huge bunch of places in Rochester that want to say "Happy Birthday" with freebies too!

Places in Rochester with Free Stuff for you on your Birthday

It's your BIG day and although you may not always want to celebrate adding another number to your age, there are several places in Rochester that do want to celebrate your big day. Check out the list and start making a plan to visit all of these on your next birthday.

This fun fact about my age blows my kids' minds:  I once saw tv in black and white and had to actually get up to physically turn a nob to change one of our 3 channels.  And our phones, they had a cord on them and I had to use my finger to manually move this dial around...and then wait and it went click, click, click, click all the way back around.  This would basically be a form of torture for teenagers today.

The 2020 County Health Rankings values were calculated using mortality counts from the 2016-2018 National Center for Health Statistics. The U.S. Census 2019 American Community Survey and America's Health Rankings Senior Report 2019 data were also used to provide demographics on the senior population of each state and the state's rank on senior health care, respectively.
