New 24-Hour Taco Shop Coming to Rochester this Summer

A taco shop that's open 24 hours? Yes, please! That sounds like heaven. And we've got one coming to Rochester, MN early this summer! This will be perfect for a late-night bite and for those who work late and need something to eat after most other restaurants are closed.

Giliberto's Mexican Taco Shop

The taco shop coming into to town is called Giliberto's Mexican Taco Shop and they actually aren't new to Minnesota. Their other locations are in Mankato, Owatonna, St. Cloud, and Willmar. So they must be a popular spot if they're expanding even more!

The food sounds so good and there are tons of options on the menu. And for a good price too, you're not going to go broke munching down on some delicious tacos.

Where will Rochester's 24-Hour Taco Shop Open?

Giliberto's is set to open in the old Fazoli's location in NW Rochester, so they'll be on Bandel Rd. by Highway 52, next to McDonald's.

KTTC says they plan to open in June of this year. It can't come soon enough! I'm very excited to check them out. I love really good Mexican food.
