There are two homes in St. Paul that are pretty incredible! They were built back in 1910 and were built connected to each other, so it looks like one giant mansion when really they're just two really big houses. It's called the double-house and one of the homes is up for sale right now.

Why were the homes connected? The Star Tribune writes that "brothers Benjamin and William Goodkind built the Elizabethan twins in 1910. ... [They] were presumably close. Their walkway, which they reportedly called 'the passover,' gave them sheltered access to each other’s homes." This walkway has been sealed off now.

The current owners, Dave Duddingston and Clay Halunen, bought one side of the double-house 16 years ago. Over the years they've made a TON of updates around the house, too many to list! But they did have to make sure things kept with the same vintage-look, especially the pool when they put that in, because the home is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Dave and Clay are moving and their home is now on the market for a whopping $2.35 million. There are 9 bedrooms, 6 and a half baths, and 9,460 square feet.

You can see the listing HERE. It's listed through Keller Williams with Daniel Duddingston as the realtor.
