
Highest Minnesota Daily COVID-19 Death Total in Four Months

St Paul (KROC AM News) - The Minnesota Health Department's daily report on COVID activity in the state shows 29 deaths were confirmed Tuesday.
That’s the highest daily total since June 5th.
One of the deaths was in Olmsted County and involved a person in their 70s. That raised Olmsted County’s COVID death toll to 29.
The Health Dept. also reported more than 1200 new COVID cases, continuing a record streak of more than 1000 per day that began over a week ago.
Olmsted County reported 24 new positive cases, raising its total to almost 2900.
